Connect with Caring Others

  • Use FaceTime, Skype, or some similar service,

  • Call a friend you’ve not spoken with in a while,

  • Write letters and drop it in the mail, and

  • Find a chat group or forum where others are in quarantine.

How to Spend Your Time

  • Watch some funny or entertaining movies,

  • Read a book,

  • Get some crayons and coloring books,

  • Listen to your favorite music,

  • Make a list of the places you want to visit when you finish quarantine, and

  • Pray.
