How We Keep You Safe While In Our Facilities
Your safety and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. To do our part in helping you stay safe during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have instituted the following policies:
In-person appointments are only kept if all persons present are symptom-free.
Prior to coming to the appointment everyone will take their temperature. If it exceeds 100 Fahrenheit, or if other COVID-19 symptoms are present, the appointment will be canceled and/or will continue via Telehealth.
Handwashing stations and sanitizers are made available.
Waiting rooms are closed and/or set up to encourage social distancing.
Everyone will wear a mask while in the office, except when doing so is deemed by the therapist to cause more harm (e.g., panic or anxiety).
Social distancing is practiced.
No physical contact between people.
Everyone agrees to take steps between appointments to minimize exposure.
Treatment and testing is provided via Telehealth when possible.
Items frequently touched (e.g., doorknobs and pens) are sanitized frequently.
